JUST ANNOUNCED! Artist Mike Alvarez will be showing some of his work as well as creating a huge Zombie painting live at the Buffalo Monster Fest! Come and see all the fun happen right before your eyes!

The Buffalo Monster Fest is presented by WebArt Designs and will take place on Friday, July 30th at D'Arcy McGee's Irish Pub in Downtown Buffalo . The main stage and screen will be set up in their huge outdoor, covered patio. The area is protected from weather so that will not be a factor.

The event is designed to be a celebration of horror movies and basically "all things scary". We decided to highlight the local independent film makers from WNY and have presentations of their work to allow the producers a means to show their films, network with others as well as enjoy a fun time.

Producers and vendor Information
This is not a contest although we might give out prizes as part of the fun. Costumes are encouraged and various entertainment will happen throughout the night. You can enter more than one film if you want. You will be allowed to handout literature, free samples(?)...but not sell anything (including t-shirts or caps...). You can introduce your film if you want or we'll do it for you.
There will be other films shown as well as yours, some may be more or less prominent but everyone will have a decent showing. There will be a $5 admission charge for the Monsterfest. Most will be presale and there is no guarantee of tickets at the door. As a participant, you will be allowed to bring one other person without charge. If you want to buy a group of tickets to sell to your friends, they are available to you at 5 for $20.



The Buffalo Monster Fest will run from 7PM until midnight. Darcy McGee's and the Buffalo SkyBar (on the roof) will be open for the remainder of the night so there is no hurry to leave.
It will be an adult event ( 21 and over ). There will be food and a complete cash bar with food and drink specials all night so plan to stick around and make a night of it.

Promotional material will be posted (here) on Buffalomonsterfest.com & you, as a participant are encouraged to supply anything you would like included. This will become a regularly scheduled event and the website will stay online year round.
There will be extensive media coverage so please be prepared for interviews.

If you would like to sell something, there is a $100 vendors fee and we'll set up an designated area for you.
No food or drink will be allowed to be brought on premises and none can be sold except for D'Arcy McGee's Irish Pub.
